• Preparation for Shipment: CfD typically processes and prepares donated items for shipment within 10 business days.
• Shipment Dispatch: Once your items are ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification.

Delivery Time

• Domestic Deliveries: Standard shipping typically takes 6-7 business days. Expedited shipping options, if selected, will reduce the delivery time to 2-3 business days.
• International Deliveries: Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination. On average, it takes 10-12 business days.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed or Lost Shipments: If you experience any delays or if your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at contact@cfdngo.org, CfD will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Damaged Items: If any items arrive damaged, please take photographs of the damage and contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. CfD will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
