Centre for Development (CfD) appreciate your support and contributions to our cause and objectives. CfD always requires support of civil society in achieving its objectives in making society safe, secular and equal for all.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy guides the process for cancelling donations and requesting refunds. Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive experience and feel confident in your decision to support our mission.

CfD has wide spectrum of donors from individuals to institutions. CfD always tries to maintain transparent financial process and accountable towards donors.

Cancellation Policy

• Donations: Once a donation has been made, it cannot be cancelled. Donations are immediately put to use to support our projects and beneficiaries, and thus, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
• Recurring Donations: If you have set up a recurring donation, you can cancel future donations at any time. Please contact us at contact@cfdngo.org at least 10 days before the next scheduled donation date to ensure your request is processed in time.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as a donation error (e.g., duplicate donations or incorrect amount). Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the donation date.
• Non-Refundable Donations: Donations made in response to specific campaigns, events, or appeals are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to those purposes.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at contact@cfdngo.org with the following details:
  • Full name
  • Donation amount
  • Donation date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any transaction or reference number associated with the donation

Processing Refunds

• Review and Approval: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 5 business days.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
